P1 W1 & W2 Wednesday, February 3 rd – Tuesday, February 16 th

• Make sure to have helium ordered by end of P12. • Balloons should be inflated in the increments below:

• 25% of balloon goal by Wednesday, February 3 rd • 50% of balloon goal by Friday, February 5 th (All standard foil balloons should be inflated by this date) • 75% of balloon goal by Monday, February 8 th (The only balloons left to inflate after this day are oversized shapes) • 100% balloon goal by Wednesday, February 10 th

• Oversized balloons and balloons with specialty finishes (Holographic, Iridescent) should not be inflated any earlier than Wednesday, February 10 th • ALL balloons should be single weighted, they should not be in groups (unless it is a pre-made bouquet). This will make it easier for grab-and-go sales.
