When purchasing the components separately, 83002 base, 83004 arch cord, and 83003 pole must be used in conjunction with each other to effectively create an arch or column.

You can do it yourself! 1. Fill base with sand, cat litter, or marbles for stability. 2. Insert extension pole into base. 3. Align, twist, and turn extension pole into receptacle to lock. 4. Slide in ated MagicArch™ balloon onto the pole. 5. Position balloon evenly on base.

6. Add balloons, positioning alternately, lling column. Top off by attaching an oversized foil balloon.
