Grip the light cap. Press the middle of the light cap firmly to turn on (prior to inflation). Once activated, the light cannot be turned off.

Inflate with helium or air. Take care to only inflate to 11" in diameter. Over-inflation may cause the balloon to burst and present a projectile hazard.
