Directions

1. Make 2 clusters using 4–11" solid latex balloons per cluster and inflating with hand inflator: Cluster A: 20 pumps per balloon. Cluster B: 10 pumps per balloon. 2. Tie the 2 clusters together using any balloon neck from cluster A and cluster B. 3. Wrap the clusters around the yard stake. 4. Air inflate the shaped balloon. 5. Tie the cluster and shaped balloon together using the balloon necks. 6. Cut 24" of each ribbon. Place both pieces together against underside of cup, and tie a knot, creating 4 ribbon tails. 7. For each of the ribbon tails, fold in half lengthwise and cut at an angle (dovetail). 8. Using the included stake, insert stake into ground as seen in figure 1.

1. Using the hand inflator, air-fill the balloon. 2. Using the hand inflator, inflate four of the 11" latex balloons (7 pumps each). Hand tie into duplets and then join the duplets to form a quad. 3. Next, using the hand inflator, inflate the second four 11" latex balloons (10 pumps each). Hand tie into duplets and then join the duplets to form a second quad. 4. Place the small quad on top of the larger quad so their placement is alternating. Use the neck of one balloon to weave in between the others to securely attach. 5. Using an entertainer balloon, tie the foil balloon to the top quad. 6. Tie a cement balloon weight to the bottom quad.

Directions

1. Using the largest tip, air-fill the Standard balloon using the Mini Cool Aire ® Dual Pro Inflator™ on high speed. 2. Slip the tail of the balloon through the large hole in the balloon cup and wrap clockwise to the first hook, for short tails, or the second hook, for longer tails. Insert the remaining end of the tail into the vertical slit. Insert the balloon stick into the bottom notch of cup (a dot of glue can go on the stick before insertion for added security). 3. Prep glue pillows in the glue skillet, on low, until glue is melted to a thick consistency. 4. Cut the cello sheets down to 15–8" × 10" sheets. For each cello sheet, gather the square in the center and dip into the glue pan. Glue the cello pieces on the outside of the balloon cup until the exterior space of the cup is covered. 5. Cut a 24" length of each ribbon. Place both pieces together against underside of cup, and tie a knot, creating 4 ribbon tails. 6. For each of the ribbon tails, fold in half lengthwise and cut at an angle (dovetail).

1. Using the largest tip, air-fill the Bubble Balloon ® using the Mini Cool Aire ® Dual Pro™ Inflator on high speed. 2. Place both pieces together, weave the ribbon through the second quad and around the stick until both ends are even, and tie a knot, creating 4 ribbon tails. 7. For each of the ribbon tails, fold in half lengthwise and cut at an angle (dovetail).

Examples of damaged o-rings

• Reorder helium sooner to allow for longer lead times, if applicable. • If/when helium is in short supply, only inflate revenue-generating balloons. • If experiencing chronic balloon sogginess, confirm helium purity. • Helium purity should be 99% for optimum float time.
