Directions

1. Make 2 clusters using 4–11" solid latex balloons per cluster and inflating with hand inflator: Cluster A: 20 pumps per balloon. Cluster B: 10 pumps per balloon. 2. Tie the 2 clusters together using any balloon neck from cluster A and cluster B. 3. Wrap the clusters around the yard stake. 4. Air inflate the shaped balloon. 5. Tie the cluster and shaped balloon together using the balloon necks. 6. Cut 24" of each ribbon. Place both pieces together against underside of cup, and tie a knot, creating 4 ribbon tails. 7. For each of the ribbon tails, fold in half lengthwise and cut at an angle (dovetail). 8. Using the included stake, insert stake into ground as seen in figure 1.
