Wednesday evening, we blast off to Planet Burton! Join your Flight Crew at The Classic Center for a prelaunch cocktail and a special presentation. Once we touch down, get ready to party with live music, entertainment, and space-aged food and drinks!

Thursday evening, everyone is invited to enjoy good food + music under the tents. Network with fellow balloon artists and florists from all over the world. A cookout will be held from 5:30 pm –7:30 pm at the b + B ® corporate office. You must stop by the Flagship Showroom + Bargain City! Shuttle will run continuously from 4:30 pm –8:00 pm between The Classic Center and the b + B ® Headquarters. FRIDAY, AUGUST 12 BALLOONIVERSITY ® CLASS SIGN-UP* 7:00 am –7:30 am • The Classic Center–Upper Pre-function Area *Friday Classes Only A general assembly will take place in The Classic Center Atrium from 7:30 am –8:00 am . Maxine Burton, president and chairman of the board of burton + BURTON ® , will welcome all Ballooniversity ® attendees, introduce instructors, and announce any pertinent Ballooniversity ® information. Be sure to get there early; you won’t want to miss Maxine’s Famous Grits offered between 7:00 am –8:00 am . Classes will start immediately after the Welcome Ceremony.
