STEP 1: Inflate a 30" and a 16" MagicArch™ balloon with air.

STEP 2: Pull the neck of a water balloon through the center of the 30" MargicArch™.

STEP 3: Then through the center of the 16" MagicArch™.

STEP 4: The foil shape balloon has two inflation points. Inflate the bear portion with AIR. Inflate the heart portion with HELIUM.

Foil balloons shown are: • 78675-36 • 13CL-18 • 13CL-36

STEP 5: Tie an uninflated latex balloon around the tail of the foil shape balloon.

STEP 6: Then tie the foil shape balloon to the water balloon that runs through the MagicArch™ base.
