2023 Balloon Display Schematics

Card Aisle (Air-filled Only)

Tube #1

 Air-inflate (2) Standard HBD balloons and (1) HBD Bubble Balloon® or Orbz®. Attach each balloon to a CC107 (MaxiCup ™ II) and insert a HPS20C (Clear MaxiStick ™ II) into the cup. Trim length of stick if necessary. Place balloons in 703 (card aisle tube). This should be the first tube on the card aisle.

Tubes #2 – #5

 Place 9" – 14" air-filled balloons in remaining (4) 703 (card aisle tubes). Evenly space each tube – at the same level – all the way down the aisle. For stores with cards on both sides of the aisle, only display balloons on (1) side.

Checkstands

 Helium-filled HBD Bubble Balloon®, Orbz®, or shapes must be displayed on (5) Full-Service checkstands.  Each month, you will receive a distribution with balloons for (5) check stands. If you have more than (5) Full-Service checkstands, merchandise the remainder with your choice of Bubble Balloon®, Orbz®, or large shaped HBD balloons.  Each checkstand should display (5) identical balloons.  Weight balloons using either W50 (clear Clip-N-Weight®) or W55 (clear Clip-N-Spool® weight) with attached ribbon.  Evenly space and clip (2) balloons on either side of the checkstand cooler – clip to the acrylic border on top of the cooler.  Display (1) balloon in the center of the checkstand cooler.  Adjust the height of the ribbon so the (4) side balloons are the same height. The center balloon should be slightly higher.

Bakery

 Display (4) standard character balloons (that match cake patterns) and (1) Orbz® or Bubble Balloon® on 16444 (adjustable balloon stand). Place the stand on top of the cake case near the cake book.  Remember to fill the balloon tubes on each side of the cookie cake stand. Use pre-inflated Character/Holiday/Happy Birthday styles.

Pharmacy • Inflate (4) standard GWS balloons and (1) large GWS shape, Orbz®, or Bubble Balloon®. • Clip balloons to 16444 (adjustable balloon stand) or use the 16180 (small magnetic rail) on a pharmacy aisle endcap . Weight with clip weights.

Market Bunches • Inflate (4) large HBD shapes and display above Market Bunches at all times. • This is a great place to float (1) of the large number balloons. This lets your customer know these number balloons are available in your department.

Floral Department • Inflate (8) balloons (standard and large shapes) and display on the floral counter using 16444 (adjustable balloon stand). Use this stand to display your large character shapes also . • Seasonal distribution shippers: Balloons must be inflated and displayed on the shipper in the floral department or with the holiday display s .
