Ribbon Dispenser

• Securing to Helium Tank

1. Place the dispenser-mounting bracket over the top of the cylinder. 2. Pinch the insides of the bracket together. 3. Slide the dispenser over the hooks just below the keyhole located on the back of the dispenser. (See illustration #1) 4. Hardware is included for wall mounting.

• Loading the Ribbon Dispenser

1. Use the best-selling ribbon colors: white, red, blue, light blue, light pink, purple, yellow, and black. 2. Place spools on the dispenser with all ribbon feeding up through the center of the rack. There is a guide hole for each spool of ribbon. (See illustration #2) 3. Rubber bands (included) prevent the spools from free spinning and hold the ribbon in place. Stretch the rubber bands over the spools’ arms using one band for every two spools.

• Use your dispenser as a balloon holder. The weight of the rack will hold inflated balloons until needed.

• Use the attached ribbon cutter and replace it regularly. A sharp blade increases productivity.
