You can do it yourself! 1. Fill base with sand, cat litter, or marbles for stability. 2. Insert extension pole into base. 3. Align, twist, and turn extension pole into receptacle to lock. 4. Slide in ated MagicArch™ balloon onto the pole. 5. Position balloon evenly on base. 6. Add balloons, positioning alternately, lling column.
