A SIMPLE ARCH • Use 25–12" balloons and inflate two chains of 12 balloons • Tie the neck of the first balloon directly to a weight, adding the remainder one at a time • Join the two tails at the apex of the arch • Collars of 6" balloons should be added as an accent • Adding collars will reduce the float time
