STEP 1: Place TWO–Magnetic Rails as shown and be sure to space them apart so the balloons will have room to float.

STEP 2: Attach FOUR–standard size balloons of the same design or varying designs, with a Reel Weight™, one at a time and only TWO per display. DO NOT unwind the ribbon and make sure to group the balloons by design.
