Directions

1. Using the hand-pump, air-fill the balloon. 2. Using the hand-pump, inflate four of the 11" latex balloons (7 pumps each). Hand-tie into pairs and then the pairs together to form a quad. 3. Next, using the hand-pump, inflate the second four 11" latex balloons (10 pumps each). Hand-tie into pairs and then the pairs together to form a second quad. 4. Place the small quad on top of the larger quad so their placement is alternating. Use the neck of one balloon to weave in between the others to securely attach. 5. Tie a cement balloon weight to the bottom quad.
