• Start with 6" strips of ribbon, folded in half • Using needle and thread, gather and connect at the base • Wrap satin ribbon around a balloon stick, then cut a leaf shape from cardboard • Wrap and glue double face satin ribbon around cardboard as centers • Hot glue flower face to stick, and finish with satin centers
