STEP 3: Twist the duplets together to create a quad.

STEP 1: Inflate four 11" latex balloons with a hand pump, using 10 pumps.

STEP 2: Tie two together to make a duplet. Repeat the process to make a second duplet.

STEP 4: Inflate four 11" latex balloons with a hand pump, using 5 pumps.

STEP 5: Tie two together to make a duplet. Repeat the process to make a second duplet. Then twist the duplets together to create a quad.

Foil balloons shown are: • 67510-36 • 67510-18 • 78166-09

STEP 6: Stretch a balloon neck from each quad and tie the two quads together.

STEP 7: Add a water balloon to the bottom for weight and stability.

STEP 8: Inflate the oversized foil with air.

STEP 9: Tie an uninflated latex balloon around the tail of the foil balloon.

STEP 10: Add the foil balloon to the latex base by wrapping the uninflated latex balloon around the quad base.

STEP 11: To add more air-filled foils to the design, simply affix using more UGlu™ strips or dashes.
