After 12 NOON (ET), orders are shipped the following business day. International orders are subject to next day processing and can encounter delays. Adjustments made to these orders, once processed, are subject to a $25 service charge(s). Orders are shipped via ground service unless you instruct otherwise. Our main freight carrier is FedEx ® Corporation. Other methods are available including, but not limited to, the United States Postal Service™ (USPS™), common carrier freight lines, buses, and airlines. When choosing an alternate service, certain restrictions may apply and additional charges may result. Rush delivery service is available via FedEx Priority Overnight ® , FedEx Standard Overnight ® , FedEx 2Day ® , and FedEx Express Saver ® , all at charges greater than ground service. Please remember that rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges. The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). Each product will be veri ed with a brief description. Due to rapid order processing, additions or deletions to orders are not possible once an order is submitted. HOW TO PAY CREDIT CARDS: If you wish to pay with a credit card, please have the card number, the expiration date, the security code, the person’s name imprinted on the card, and the billing address (street address and ZIP Code™) for the card being used available at the beginning of the order. We accept: All C.O.D. orders will have additional charges imposed by the shipping carrier. These charges are per the carrier, not burton + BURTON ® , and typically increase from year to year. C.O.D.–CHECK: If you wish to pay with a company check, the name of your bank, bank account number, bank routing number (A.B.A. number), and bank telephone number must be on le with us. Please make checks payable to burton + BURTON ® . Returned, unpaid check charge is $30 per check and/or applicable attorney’s fees for cost of collection. C.O.D.–CASH: If you wish to pay with cash, your order will incur additional handling surcharges. Money (actual currency) for the amount of the order should be ready upon delivery. Please note that neither a personal check, company check, cashier’s check, nor money order will be accepted on orders coded as C.O.D.–CASH. C.O.D.–CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: If you wish to pay with a cashier’s check or money order, please have the exact amount of the order drafted on the document upon delivery. CLAIMS/DAMAGES Your satisfaction is important! If you have concerns regarding damaged or defective products, did not receive merchandise you ordered, or received incorrect merchandise, please contact one of our friendly Customer Service Specialists at 800-972-7029 within 48 hours of receipt. RETURNS Please observe the following guidelines: 1. All returns must be authorized by a member of our Customer Service Department prior to returning the merchandise. To obtain return authorization, call or email us: customerservice@burtonandburton.com. Upon approval, the goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and in the original packing materials including the brown outer cartons. Products not returned in this manner may be subject to refusal. 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. 3. Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return. 4. Misused or abused products may not be returned and will not be accepted/credited. This includes balloons that have been punctured or cut. 5. Credit due will be applied to your account after receipt and evaluation of returned merchandise. 6. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking service charge.
