STEP 1: Insert tab of balloon into the cup.

STEP 2: Wrap and secure the tab to the cup.

STEP 3: Add balloon stick to cup.

STEP 4: Add a cup to the candy bar with DASHES or hot glue.

STEP 5: For a larger shape balloon, cut the stick in half.

STEP 6: Add the balloon to the candy bar.

STEP 7: Make 2 balloon clusters with 5" latex balloons.

STEP 8: Tie the 2 clusters together and wrap them around the balloon stick.

STEP 9: Add a ribbon tail, bow, cello, and gift tag for a finished look.
