Directions

1. Using the hand inflator, air-fill the balloon. 2. Using the hand inflator, inflate four of the 11" latex balloons (7 pumps each). Hand tie into duplets and then join the duplets to form a quad. 3. Next, using the hand inflator, inflate the second four 11" latex balloons (10 pumps each). Hand tie into duplets and then join the duplets to form a second quad. 4. Place the small quad on top of the larger quad so their placement is alternating. Use the neck of one balloon to weave in between the others to securely attach. 5. Using an entertainer balloon, tie the foil balloon to the top quad. 6. Tie a cement balloon weight to the bottom quad.
