A SIMPLE ARCH • Use even numbers of 12" LINK-O-LOON™ balloons to make two helium chains • Tie the neck of the first balloon directly to a weight, add more balloons to make a chain • Tie the tails of the chains together at the apex to form an arch • Add air-filled collars as an accent (will reduce float time) • Adjust height and width–as needed to fit the venue • Tip: for each 12" balloon added, the length increases a foot
