T0038_2023 Recommended Inflation timeline: • Standard practice is to inflate your balloons as follows: • 25% by Saturday, February 4 th • 50% by Tuesday, February 7 th • 75% by Thursday, February 9 th • 100% of balloon goal by Saturday, February 11 th • Refresh ALL balloons, if needed, on Monday, February 13 th • Avoid inflating Oversized Shapes, Cubez®, Diamondz®, and Anglez® before Thursday, February 9 th • HOLOGRAPHIC balloons should NOT be inflated any earlier than Saturday, February 11 th All items displayed are protected by copyright. Double check your supplies and equipment: • Make sure you have enough helium and/or air-filled supporting products to cover your entire Valentine’s Day balloon order. • Your helium regulator is in good working condition (remember to check your o-ring and replace if necessary). • Order a new bottle of HI-FLOAT ® if your bottle is half empty and replace your HI-FLOAT ® pump. • Make sure you have enough weights + ribbon and the correct size weights for the balloons you have on order. • Have an ample supply of delivery bags available for customers to transport large orders of balloons.

Store prepared balloons in a flat box–all you have to do is inflate & merchandise
Store inflated balloons in a storage area using balloon delivery bags
